Meet The Locals is an Emirati Tourism company registered under Department of Economic Development – Dubai, we provide variety of services for residents/Tourists in the UAE, all our services is devoured by Emirati’s so our clients can engage with real locals all over the UAE and offer them the most memorable experiences such as cultural meal gatherings, tours and activities. Through our website or partners websites, travellers can book cultural meal experiences, tours and activities with local hosts in different cities and locations.

Applicability of T&C’s
When you visit our/partners website and/or use our services you agree with these T&C’s.
You must read these T&C’s before using our website and/or services. Use of our website and/or services, regardless of whether you are a website visitor, a traveler or a host, constitutes an agreement to all terms and conditions in these T&C’s and you warrant that you understand, agree to and accept all terms and conditions contained here.
The T&C’s may be amended from time to time.
We respect your privacy.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protect the information you share with us. We believe that you have a right to know our practices regarding the information we collect when you visit our website or use our services. We use the information for our business purposes and do not share your information with a third party.
You pay us the full amount when the booking is made.
When making a reservation, it is mandatory to pay the full amount in advance.
We wouldn’t wish it to anybody, but what if you find yourself in a situation of cancelling an amazing Meet The Locals experience, Please read below for a full overview of our cancellation policy.
Cancelation within 72 hours will be 100%* refunded within 30 days from cancelation
Cancelation within 48 hours or less will give 50% refund within 30 days from cancelation
Cancelation within 24 hours or less will be not refundable
*small refund charges might apply, we will deduct what costs us to refund the money from the client.
Some events and experiences might have a different cancelation policy, in this case we will clearly mention the cancelation policy in the information part of the event.
If we had to cancel any event/tour, all registered customers for the canceled tour will get their full amount refunded without any deductions.

All text, graphics, editorial content, data, formatting, graphs, designs, HTML, look and feel, photographs, music, sounds, images, software, videos, designs, typefaces and other content (collectively “Proprietary Material”) that you see or read on this website is owned by us, or is used with the owner’s permission. This Proprietary Material is protected in all
forms, media and technologies. You may not copy, download, use redesign, reconfigure, or retransmit anything from this website without our prior written permission.
We don’t give any warranties.
We do not warrant that our website and/or our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may correct, modify, amend, enhance, improve and make any other changes to our website and our services at any time or discontinue displaying or providing any content or features without a notice to you, being a website visitor, a traveler or a host.

We strive to offer the best for our clients however, Meet The Locals will not be responsible for any liability or damages of any kind, participating in our events, activities and tours are solely at the client own risk.
Issues and Complaints
We’ll assist you in case of issues or complaints where possible
In case of a complaint about, or issue with the platform or services, please contact Meet The Locals at info@Meetthelocalsuae.com or What’s app us on +971509209247 to resolve the problem. In case of a complaint about an event you agree to contact Meet The Locals within 1 day after the complaint has arisen and you agree to cooperate with and assist Meet The Locals in good faith and you agree to provide Meet The Locals with such information and take such actions as may be requested by Meet The Locals.
Any claim or complaint against Meet The Locals in respect of the service must be promptly summited, but in any event within 4 days after the reserved event has taken place. Any claim or complaint that is summited
after the 4 days period, may be rejected and the claimant shall forfeit its right to any (damage or cost) compensation.
To the extent permitted by law, these T&C’s and the provision of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with British law and any and all dispute arising out of these T&C’s and our services shall exclusively be summited to the competent Court in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
